Our website offers many of the things found in our Newport and TF Green stores, including numerous handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces. This means that once the item is sold (either in the store or online) it will be removed from the site. Therefore, if you see it on the site, we should have it in stock.
SHIPPING In shipping domestic orders, Only In Rhode Island prefers to utilize Federal Express Ground Service, as we have found this to be the most efficient, cost-effective shipping option available. Should you require special shipping options, just let us know in the "comments" section of our order form and we will do our best to accomodate you.
All international orders (and those to HI and AK) are shipped through Fedex Global. Charges for international shipping are calculated on an individual basis. Only In Rhode Island charges for shipping costs only, we do not add any additional fees for "handling." The cost to ship your order is calculated based on the package weight and the location being shipped to.
In order to keep costs low and to conserve valuable natural resources, we choose to reuse and recycle all packaging materials.
In the unlikely event that you should need to return an item, we will pay for return shipping if the item is damaged or defective. Because it may sometimes be difficult to get a true sense of an item based on a website image, we will deal with returns based on general dissatisfaction on a case by case basis. When the customer's request is reasonable, he or she can expect a reasonable response.
We can guarantee delivery by a certain date (ie. Christmas, birthdays, etc.) only if the order is made five (5) days in advance. Otherwise, Fedex Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. For any other questions regarding shipping, please feel free to e-mail us.
